Tell me what worries you
An initial conversation to understand the concern and whether VORA SEU can help.
Assessment and follow-up
You do not need to choose a format before contacting me. We begin by understanding what is happening, what worries the family and what the person truly needs.
An initial conversation to understand the concern and whether VORA SEU can help.
I review health, independence, medication, nutrition, surroundings, care and the support network.
You receive a clear explanation, a report and a roadmap with the next steps.
If it adds value, I suggest an adapted frequency. If follow-up is not needed, I will say so clearly.
Comprehensive initial assessment
The assessment reveals the real situation at home, identifies risks and separates what is urgent from what is important. It includes case preparation, the visit, guidance for the family and a report with recommendations.
Follow-up options
Follow-up may be monthly, fortnightly or weekly depending on stability, changes and available support. These are not rigid packages: we agree what the case needs and review the frequency as the situation evolves.
Nursing care when it is needed
Follow-up is not limited to observation and guidance. During visits I can also provide or supervise nursing care when it is indicated and forms part of safe, planned care: wound care and monitoring, administration of prescribed medication, blood draws, care of tubes and devices, vital-sign checks and other nursing procedures adapted to each situation. If additional visits, specific materials or a different frequency are needed, I will explain and quote these in advance.
Life also needs organising
Often the greatest strain is not a clinical task but not knowing how to organise life with someone who is dependent or partially dependent. I can help assess options, anticipate needs and prepare a realistic plan. Families receiving follow-up may request additional support for specific occasions, including outside normal hours, subject to availability and a prior quotation.
One point of reference
With your permission, I can bring together relevant information, prepare appointments and support communication with the doctor and other professionals. If a professional outside VORA SEU is needed, I commit to seeking a suitable, vetted option and helping organise their involvement.
A close service with clear boundaries
Each follow-up agreement defines the visits, consultations and coordination included. Extra visits, special support or needs outside normal hours are assessed separately and explained in advance. VORA SEU does not replace caregivers, doctors, specialists or emergency services.
Frequently asked questions
No. The initial assessment can be booked independently. You will receive recommendations and, if appropriate, a tailored follow-up proposal, with no obligation to continue.
You receive a report with the assessment, identified needs and priority recommendations. I will explain the results and, if follow-up may help, suggest the most appropriate frequency.
There is no compulsory duration. It continues while it adds value and may be reduced, intensified or ended as needs change.
We review the situation and end, space out or intensify follow-up. The family is not tied to an option it no longer needs.
Yes. Monthly follow-up includes up to 2 brief consultations per month; fortnightly, up to 3; and weekly, up to 4. Several messages about the same situation count as one consultation.
Additional consultations may be requested. If they require more time, document review, a more extensive assessment or coordination, I will explain the conditions and any supplement in advance and include them in the quotation.
Yes. If a change should be assessed in person, we can arrange an extra visit. It is quoted separately according to the type of assessment, location and travel.
No. It guides, supervises and organises care, but does not provide companionship or continuous hourly care.
No. It complements usual healthcare through nursing assessment, follow-up and guidance at home, but does not replace doctors, health centres or emergency services.
I will explain which professional may help, seek a suitable option and, with your permission, can take responsibility for coordination. The family always remains free to choose the professional.
Yes. When needed, I can provide or supervise nursing care and procedures at home, including wound care and monitoring, administration of prescribed medication, blood draws and care of tubes or other devices. We will first assess the indication, materials and frequency, and whether it can be provided during a follow-up visit or requires an additional intervention.
No. Although many families contact me about an older relative, I can also support newborn babies and their families, younger people living with chronic illness, disability or dependency, and people of any age returning home after hospitalisation, a procedure or a significant change in health. During our first contact I will assess whether I can help directly and, if another professional or more specialised care is required, guide you clearly.
VORA SEU is a private and independent home nursing assessment and follow-up service. Services are booked and paid for directly with VORA SEU. An official healthcare invoice will be issued including professional identification and nursing registration number. If the policy includes reimbursement of healthcare expenses, the family may submit the invoice to the insurer and request full or partial reimbursement, subject to the cover and terms of the policy. Where necessary and appropriate, supporting care documentation requested by the insurer may also be provided. We recommend checking in advance whether the policy covers privately chosen home nursing services and whether prior authorisation or a prescription is required.
No. VORA SEU does not provide immediate 24-hour care. For serious symptoms or an urgent situation, call 061 or 112 or attend the appropriate emergency service.
